Activities at Singita Sabora Tented Camp
One of the great things about where the camp is situated is that it is on the route of the Great Wildebeest Migration which allows for a magnificent viewing experience. Throughout the year there are superb game-viewing opportunities, with the possibility of seeing one of the Big Five and many more African wildlife. Head out on one of the game drives upon an open-topped 4x4 vehicle with one of the expert field guides. Have the chance to learn about the conservation of the area, where the best spots for animal sightings are and how the guides can track different herds. If you are feeling more adventurous, head out on a walking safari with the possibility of getting closer to the animal action.
One of the most magnificent sights that the Serengeti offers is the African night sky. Head out on a stargazing safari trip where your guide will teach you about the constellations and how to find your way using the stars. Watch the sunset at during a sundowner where you will tell fellow travellers of your adventures from the day. Or why not head out onto a community visit where you will learn about the Tanzanian culture and also learn about all the positives to come from tourism within the area.

A life-changing experience! We absolutely loved Singita Sabora Tented Camp, so much so that it will forever have a special place in our hearts. We stayed there for three nights, our final stay, after two weeks on safari, and it was fabulous. There's an intimacy to Sabora that is truly lovely. To be able to stay out in the middle of the bush in supreme luxury and comfort - without pretense or stuffiness - so close to nature that you become one with it, is just remarkable. One of the great perks of Singita properties is that the guides can go off road and track the animals in a more up-close and personal manner. It was profoundly moving to be able to witness lions interacting with each other just a few yards away. Added to that, Sabora itself is so beautiful and unique, the decor is so lovely and you feel as if you are part of "Downton Abbey" or "Out of Africa". The food was absolutely wonderful and the staff was truly excellent.
